Kindergarten is the place for me! I am beginning my 8th year as a kindergarten teacher, all at the same school (in the same classroom), and I wouldn't be anywhere else. I love what I do, and I truly enjoy all of the challenges that come with it. Every year in August, I become one of the most important people in the lives of 16 to 20 new little ones. What a humbling thing. They certainly keep me in line!

As a teacher, I am also a learner. I love to learn, and hopefully I am able to instill that love for learning in my students; thus the blog title...Love2Learn! Last year, I began working towards my master's degree, but life got in the way a little bit. I am taking a breather on that while I decide exactly what it is that I want to be doing outside of the classroom...possibly library media? Who knows!?! As a lifelong learner, my path could go anywhere! I hope you enjoy following the journey through the eyes of a blog!
